1. About these terms

These terms apply to every visit to the Kaeyaskee RC website and to every order placed through it. By browsing the site or placing an order you accept them.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

2. Products and pricing

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Product photographs are indicative; small variations in colour, finish or accessory packaging can occur between production batches.

We try to keep stock and price information accurate. If a product is mispriced or unavailable after you order, we will contact you and offer a replacement or a full refund.

3. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch. We may decline an order where stock is unavailable, delivery is outside our serviceable area, or where we suspect fraudulent use.

4. Safe use

Our machines are hobby-grade products, not toys for unsupervised young children. Use them in open, safe areas away from traffic and people, follow the battery-charging instructions supplied, and never leave a charging battery unattended.

We are not liable for damage or injury caused by misuse, unauthorised modification, or use of third-party batteries and chargers.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity carried out under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

6. Intellectual property

The Kaeyaskee name, logo, product photography and site content belong to us and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of India.
