Refunds & Returns Policy

7-day replacement

Every machine is covered by a 7-day replacement window from the day it is delivered. If your product arrives damaged, dead on arrival, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it at no cost.

How to raise a claim

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a short description of the issue, and a photo or video showing the fault. An unboxing video makes transit-damage claims much faster to approve.

What can be returned

Items must be returned with all original accessories, manuals, batteries and packaging. We cannot accept returns on products that have been crashed, modified, run in water beyond their rating, or damaged by third-party batteries and chargers.

Consumables such as tyres, gears, propellers and batteries are covered only for manufacturing defects, not for normal wear.

Refunds

Once the returned item reaches us and passes inspection, refunds are issued within 5–7 working days to the original payment method. For cash-on-delivery orders we refund by bank transfer to details you provide.

Shipping charges are refunded only where the return is due to a fault or an error on our side.

Order cancellation

You can cancel free of charge any time before dispatch. After dispatch, please refuse the delivery or use the return process above.
