Where we deliver

We ship across India. You can check serviceability for your area with the pincode checker on any product page before you order.

Dispatch and delivery time

Orders placed before 4pm on a working day are dispatched within 24 hours. Metro cities typically receive delivery in 2–4 working days; other locations take 4–7 working days.

Once your parcel leaves our warehouse you will receive a tracking link by email and SMS.

Shipping charges

Delivery is free on orders over ₹4,999. Below that a flat charge of ₹149 applies, shown at checkout before you pay.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available on most pincodes across India. A small handling fee may apply and will be shown at checkout. Please keep the exact amount ready for the courier.

Delays

Weather, strikes and regional restrictions can occasionally delay a courier. We will keep you updated and, if a parcel is lost in transit, we will resend it or refund you in full.

Receiving your order

Please inspect the outer packaging before accepting a parcel. If the box is visibly damaged or tampered with, refuse the delivery and tell us the same day so we can send a replacement.
